Shipping costs
Delivery is free for pendants .
The consumer is responsible for all taxes, customs fees, and expenses associated with importing orders outside of Quebec. These fees are not included in the shipping costs.
Delivery is free . You can pick up your order at 8280 Boulevard Saint-Laurent, H2P 2L8, Montreal (QC) at Loft 400.
We are open Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Delivery costs $10 for all orders in Quebec.
Shipping costs are $15 for all orders within Canada (excluding Quebec).
Shipping costs are $20 for all international orders (outside of Canada).
Order tracking
Orders will be shipped within 10 business days of receiving payment. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. However, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 10 days of the order date in Canada. MONOKIINI is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service. Delivery times may vary and are beyond our control. Unfortunately, items may break in transit. If this happens, please contact us for a refund or exchange.
Refund Policy
At MONOKIINI, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item has a minor manufacturing defect or arrives broken, we will make sure to rectify the situation. Simply contact us at info@monokiini.com, attaching a photo and a brief explanation of the problem.
Promotion policy
Sale items are considered final sale , therefore no exchanges are possible. Also, during sales or promotional periods, we do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before the official start of the sale period as announced by MONOKIINI and/or its retailers.
